Bruce Mackenzie
Bruce is the Founder of rikta. He has spent his life's work solving HR problems for the Frontline Workforce, founding amazing businesses, POSPro, Time Target and Humanforce, where his primary focus was ensuring frontline workers were at the right location, at the right time for their shift.
Now he’s focusing his energy on bringing the ‘right people’ into our client’s businesses. Bruce brings the ‘rikta vibe’ to the office and above all is focused on building the awesome rikta company culture and a brand that great people want to work for.
Yury Galustov
Yury can develop a product faster than anyone else we know and loves nothing more than educating the team on new technology breakthroughs and AI jokes.
Yury is often happiest working through the night to deliver new features, making him the hardest worker on the team.
Sophie Pank
Soph loves nothing more than finding synergies between market problems and rikta solutions and then telling our customers all about it.
She surrounds herself with great people at work and is passionate about helping other leaders do the same.
Her life motto is: Work Smarter, Not Harder so don’t expect to find her at her desk past 3pm on a Friday.
